Description
This machine is produced in two models, in terms of volume and sizes
of sand cores, for the different needs of the market.. Elmac is a superior quality
machine, destined to impose itself on the market because it is extremely reliable and
precise, easy to use and to be maintained.
With Elmac sand cores are “burr-free” and well pressed, even when relatively low
sand injection pressure is used. This result is achieved by adopting a hydraulic die
closing system on four hardened and ground guides. Here the die block is driven by a
hydraulic master cylinder which develops a closing force of 3,000 kg. The die heating
plates are made of a steel which is extremely resistant to heat deformation. This way,
perfect and hermetic die closing is constantly obtained at all temperatures.

Description
The new sprue cutter TR400 / 2S, together with the models TR350/2S
and TR300 / 2S, represents one of the best sprue cutters on the market. Electromac has
been in Italy one of the first manufacturers of this type of sprue cutter, and thanks to
the experience achieved, today these new models can be considered perfect ones. Electromac
sprue cutters are widely dimensioned and guaranteed to have a long working life, even
under extreme working conditions. |

Description
- Frame made of electro-welded and painted bent sheet (green RAL
6011), consists of a tight tank to contain the resin and of a hopper to proportion the
siliceous sand.
- Volumetric metering device
with adjustable setting to measure out the liquid resin. Diaphragm metering pump to
proportion the catalyst.
- Check and control board provided with signal lights to visually check the metering
operation. Push button panel that enables the operator to select the automatic or manual
cycle.
